Shipping Policy

We deliver to Egyptian cities and areas made available at checkout. Availability depends on the entered address and carrier coverage when the order is placed.

Currently enabled shipping rates: EGP 70.00، EGP 100.00، EGP 150.00. The final charge appears before you place the order and is frozen on the order.

Free shipping is applied automatically when eligible merchandise reaches EGP 1,000.00. Discounts may affect the threshold according to the total displayed at checkout.

An estimated delivery window appears with the shipping option where available. It starts after order confirmation and payment where required. Estimates may change because of location, holidays, carrier operations or circumstances outside our control.

After the order is prepared and handed to the carrier, we send available status and tracking updates through your chosen contact channels. Keep the order number for support.

Provide the recipient name, a working phone number and a clear address. Contact us quickly to correct an address before carrier handoff. Later changes may be unavailable, delayed or incur an additional charge.

The courier may call to arrange receipt. Repeated missed contact or refusal may cause return to sender; redelivery and its cost are reviewed before a new attempt.

Inspect the package on receipt where possible. If it is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos so the Exchange & Return Policy can be applied.
